Upward Mobile States of Operation

Upward Mobile provides service in the following states:

California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and West Virginia

Please Note: Upward Mobile does not list the states in which it does business on its website. To come up with the above listing of states, I entered a zip code for each state and US territory. For those zip codes where they do not service I got the following message:

No Service

As you can see, the message is Zip Code specific. There’s a possibility that they offer services in your zip code even if your state is not listed above. The only way to find out for sure is to apply.

Better Business Profile

Upward Mobile LLC, located in Cincinnati, OH, opened its BBB file in June 2017. As of this writing, Upward Mobile does not have a BBB rating. It also doesn’t have any filed complaints. However, the website listed on the BBB site leads to an expired domain, so I’m not sure how frequently the Better Business Bureau updates its profiles.
