American Samoa Lifeline/ACP Providers

Below is a listing of phone companies that participate in the Lifeline and/or Affordable Connectivity Programs. As such, most provide either free or deeply discounted devices to American Samoa residents along with discounted internet service. Some companies, however, only provide discounted internet service.

This is not a complete listing of phone service providers. As we discover new companies they will be added (as time permits). Conversely, as companies pull out of the American Samoa market, they will be deleted from the list.
