Low-income residents in the state of Indiana have the opportunity to receive either a free device or deeply discounted device (with free airtime/texting and data) or a discount on their home landline. This service is made possible thanks to the federal Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Programs (ACP).

This list may not contain all of the phone companies in Indiana that participate in the Lifeline free and discounted phone service, but it is a good start. As we become aware of more companies, we will add them (or delete the ones no longer in service).
